ALL CHARGES INCURRED IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND ALL FUNDS PLACED IN THE GOBATTLE.IO BALANCE ARE PAYABLE IN ADVANCE AND ARE NOT REFUNDABLE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, REGARDLESS OF THE PAYMENT METHOD, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THESE TERMS OR AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

To access the GoBattle.io Balance you may be asked to provide registration details. SHINOBIT LLC may offer you the ability to use the following payment methods to place prepaid funds into your GoBattle.io Balance: Xsolla, Apple IAP or any other payment method as specified by SHINOBIT LLC (“Payment Method”).

SHINOBIT LLC reserves the right to change, modify, or otherwise impose usage limits to your GoBattle.io Balance at any time, in its sole discretion.
GoBattle.io Balance diamonds do not constitute a personal property right and have no value outside the game. If you are refunded for an item purchased using GoBattle.io Balance, SHINOBIT LLC will return the diamonds to your GoBattle.io Balance. GoBattle.io Balance diamonds are non-transferable to another person and do not accrue interest.
SHINOBIT LLC reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or change your GoBattle.io Balance if after investigation SHINOBIT LLC determines in its sole discretion that you misused the GoBattle.io Balance, conducted unauthorized GoBattle.io Balance transactions from another user’s GoBattle.io Balance, or used the GoBattle.io Balance to conduct any fraudulent or other illegal activity.
GoBattle.io Balances are not refundable and are not redeemable for money or monetary value from SHINOBIT LLC or any other person or entity. GoBattle.io Balances that are deemed unclaimed property may be surrendered to the applicable authority, as required by applicable law.

SHINOBIT LLC has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by SHINOBIT LLC of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk.
